Laura offers two forms of one on one work.
Oracle Dreamwork focuses on finding guidance for current issues by accessing the subconscious. Bodydreaming is a deep soul-healing process.
ORACLE Dreamwork
According to the ancestral view, the soul is eternal and is our guide toward wholeness.
Whenever we are stuck or confused, we need to access this guidance.
In the Oracle we listen to our souls by working with our imagination and dreams and by cultivating a relationship to nature and our subtle body.
In the process, you will learn lifelong skills for connecting with your deepest Self.

BODYDREAMING Therapy
There is a divine intelligence within the subconscious depths of the soul that is part of the greater intelligence of all life. This intelligence constantly seeks to bring us into internal wellbeing and to align our wellbeing with the whole of life.
According to the ancients, our soul can show us the path to healing, wholeness and true wisdom, if we know how to listen.
In this process, we cultivate an expanded awareness of subconscious resources to find creative transformation of longstanding trauma patterns or present life-challenges.
Bodydreaming therapy combines Jungian depth psychology, neuroscience-based approaches to trauma, and ancestral wisdom traditions to regain and integrate our soul’s guidance.
This therapy helps to:
Regulate the nervous system
Heal childhood trauma
Resolve emotional triggers and attachment wounds
Enhance self-understanding and shadow integration
Deepen our relationship to the dream life
Support wholeness and harmony with the body and the Earth
Strengthen vision, creativity and seven-generations thinking
Increase capacity for healthy attachment
Amplify our love and passion

STRUCTURE: Both ORACLE and BODYDREAMING work begin with a 4 session intake process, meeting weekly. After this intake, we may conclude the process or formulate a longer term plan.
SESSION FEES are on a sliding scale, with your place on the scale determined by your financial resources.
WHO IS THIS FOR? This work supports anyone who has suffered acute or developmental trauma and wishes to embrace a holistic healing path. It is also well-suited for all who work with their soul in their career — such as healing professionals, artists, parents, activists, and teachers — as a place for spiritual growth and renewal.
“Thank you for your wise and intuitive holding during this big transition moment in my life. Our time together has been a really meaningful touchpoint where I can find my footing and push deeper into this wild unknown. Your willingness to walk with me has been such a gift.”- LN, storyteller
“I was fortunate enough to have discovered Laura during a great shift in my life. Each session I learned more and more about myself, especially the parts of my unconsciousness that were holding me back from healing on an emotional but also physical level. I can’t recBommend Laura enough to anyone looking to discover themselves on a deep level.” - Marie, Osteopathic physician
“In my work with Laura, I was gently guided inward to explore the landscape beyond the surface of my conscious mind. After each session, I felt lighter, more free, open, and centered. I noticed that thought patterns and ways of being that I felt stuck in began to dissipate.” - Ayla, wellness facilitator
A note from Laura:
I have an undergraduate degree in Cultural Psychology and a graduate degree in the Anthropology of Human Development. I am trained in Integrative and Waldorf education, Jungian and Archetypal psychology, Somatic and neuro-scientific trauma therapies, Ayurvedic psychology, Celtic and Native American shamanism, Bioenergetic psychoanalysis, BodySoul Rhythms, and Isadora Duncan holistic dance.
I began creating integrative educational and artistic-therapeutic programming in 2003 and made my living through this work until 2017. During this time, I created a wide variety of programs and festivals, gatherings and rituals, some of them through my School of Myth & Movement.
Since 2017, I have focused on creating innovative approaches to trauma healing, dream work, and soul counseling.
In 2025, I completed a 3 year training in Bodydreaming therapy, an approach that integrates many pieces of my previous work. This method brings somatic experiencing, attachment therapy, developmental psychology and the neuroscience of trauma into Jungian psychology.
I am dedicated to the mission of the soul, which is wholeness, happiness, and health.
I know that when we listen to our own soul nature, we move into harmony with all of life.
